I gave up on Solaris because I don't understand the input method, not that SCIM on Fedora Core 5 is much to my liking! Sunday 18th is the JETRO exam again. I hope I've done enough proper staudy. It's really hard to know how to learn Japanese, but I listen to the "kiku Nikkei" every day and recently I felt it's getting easier. December 3rd is the JEES/JLPT level 2. I'm sure I can get it this time, but I said that last time.
On the technology front, wrote some Java code to draw kanji. I've almost got down to an equation for each stroke - but not quite. More design required. I downloaded F# from Microsoft Research. It's ML but it runs under mono for the .NET framework. I'm going to have get MS certification next year.
